Shipping and Returns
We pick, pack & ship your order after we receive credit card authorization and verification. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Apparel is made to order. In most cases, orders ship within 5-10 business days of the day the order is placed. Should the shirt you ordered be out of stock this may delay your shirt delivery. We will reach out to you with our production estimate so you can decide if that timeframe is acceptable or if you would be willing to consider an alternate shirt style/color. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

$4.95 USPS Priority Mail for packages up to 1 pound
$9.95 USPS Priority Mail for packages 1 to 4 pounds
$19.95 USPS Priority Mail for packages over 4 pounds
$29.95 UPS Ground always available if you just really like UPS
Now here are the details. We use USPS to ship to all 50 states at three rates: $4.95, $9.95 and $19.95. Packages weighing under one-pound ship for $4.95 USPS Priority Mail. Packages from one to four pounds ship for $9.95 via USPS Priority Mail, packages weighing more than four pounds are $19.95 via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail packages should arrive at your door within just a few days of shipping. If you prefer to ship via UPS instead, you can take advantage of our flat rate domestic UPS Ground shipping option for $29.95, regardless of weight.
If you live in the Chicago, Illinois area, you are welcome to come and pick up your order for free. Just use the Will Call option at checkout. We will contact you for an appointment to pick up your order.
Shipping charges are displayed in your shopping cart at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email. All orders ship from our warehouse in Illinois.
International Shipping and Shipping to US Territories
Team Stradale does ship internationally and provides international shipping rates on a case-by-case basis. If you are outside the 50 United States and would like to place an order, please email us at email@example.com and provide us with your shipping address and desired order. We will provide you with a quote as quickly as possible.
Whenever possible, we use the most environmentally friendly shipping and packaging materials we can find. We reuse void filler and limit the amount of disposable material that goes into each box.
RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS (UPDATED 12/1/2015)
What We Can Take Back
We really want to make you happy. If the products you receive fail to meet your expectations, we’d like to make it right. Our return policy has been designed to both satisfy you and keep our doors open. We can accept an item for return if the following criteria are met:
You receive an item that is the wrong size or color, that is damaged upon receipt or that you didn’t order.
The item shows no signs of use, including wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer.
The item is in its original packaging. If you are returning an accessory that comes in packaging, they must be returned in the undamaged box in which they arrived. If the item arrived in a sealed bag, it’s OK if you opened it. See below (What We Can’t Take Back) for more information.
The item has all its original tags and/or labels.
You return the item to us within 30 days of when you received it.
You return the item with a completed Return Form.
The item you seek to return is not on the What We Can't Take Back list below.
What We Can’t Take Back
Under some circumstances, we can’t accept items for return. We will be unable to process your return if:
You are trying to return a final sale item or a made-to-order T-shirt. You will know if an item is final sale because it will say "final sale" in the product description. You will know if a T-shirt is made to order because it will say "final sale" and "made to order"/"printed to order" in the product description.
The item shows signs of use, including wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer. This also applies to the product packaging. Items that come in product packaging that has been damaged by the customer in opening can not be returned.
The item’s tags and/or labels have been removed.
The item returns to us more than 30 days after you received it.
You do not supply proof of purchase. Use your Return Form as proof of purchase.
***All determinations of signs of use, wear and tear, and damage will be made by Team Stradale in its sole discretion.
How to Make a Return
To make a return, follow the process described below. Basically, you'll let us know you want to make a return and go to your mail carrier of choice to mail the return. If the item you’re returning meets the What We Can Take Back criteria above, you’ll be eligible for a full refund (excluding original shipping charges), exchange, or store credit. In case you didn't see it in the previous sentence, please note that we will not be able to refund the original shipping and handling charges.
Click the button below that says “Click here to start your return.” (This button will open an email addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the button doesn't work for you, just send us an email at email@example.com with the following information.) Include in your message to us your order number, what you would like to return, and why. We'll email you back to let you know we received you email and confirm whether or not your return should be refundable based on the criteria above.
Complete the short and sweet Return Form included in your original shipment. If you need a new Return Form, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pack up the item(s) to be returned with the Return Form.
Take your return to the mail carrier of your choice and ship it back to us at the following address. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping charges.

Returned items that are on the What We Can't Take Back list will not be refunded, credited, or exchanged. Please ensure that your item is not on the What We Can't Take Back list before returning.
